Pre-construction Phase
We are available to meet with you before you consult with an architect. Once we have an understanding of your project, we can help you align your design goals with a realistic financial plan. If an architect has already been hired, we will meet with you and together look at a preliminary set of plans. We will discuss the scope of your project: level of finish work, the kinds of materials, fixtures and appliances that you want to use and then generate a preliminary budget. Communication is an essential part of the building process. Bob Lazzari, Windy Hill Development President, is always accessible and present at every job site. We believe that an open dialogue between our clients, design team and on-site construction team is key to a successful result.
Construction Phase
We oversee every aspect of your project. We will work with you to get the building permits and have a good track record with town planning boards. We have an experienced on-site supervisor at every job to ensure that your home is being built according to plan. Our subcontractors are among the best in the building industry and we are proud of the enduring relationships we have with them and the design professionals we have worked with through the years.
Post-construction Phase
